Upcoming Dates

UNFORTUNATELY DUE TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES PRACTICE WILL BE CANCELLED UNTIL OCTOBER  3RD. ANY INQUIRIES CAN BE FORWARDED TO THE CLUB EMAIL. SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.






As we get underway with the fall training session we will be undergoing some schedule changes. Until further notice we will start practicing on Monday and Friday evenings only.
We have lost a coach on our staff  and we are short handed. So, if anyone is interested in helping out please come out to one of our practices or email Michael at the club email.



Practice this Friday September 16 will be cancelled. 


We are looking forward to getting underway with the fall training session but unfortunately due to an oversight we wont be starting until the 7th of September. Monday is a holiday and we feel there will be no point in starting, while competing with a holiday. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you have any questions please feel free to email us; otherwise we will see everyone on Wednesday at 6pm sharp on the Blessed track.



Please be advised that practice will be cancelled for the following dates:
August 1
August 3 
August 5


Practice will shut down on  Friday August 19.
Practice will resume on Monday September 5 for the start of the fall conditioning cycle.

Some housekeeping for all athletes, parents and potential athletes.

Please be advised that practice starts at 6 pm on Monday Wednesday and Friday. We ask that you arrive before 6 pm so we can start, and therefore finish on time. As of today, Monday July 11, 2011 if there is no one at the track by 6:15 pm practice will be cancelled. It would be greatly appreciated if you cannot make practice to please call the Head Coach Michael Emery at 780 754 3829. Thank you.

Our first Official Practice will be Monday July 4th. It will be held at Blessed Sacrament School at 6:00 P.M. Sharp. If you cannot make this first session don't worry, enrollment is ongoing all year round. Athletes should wear track pants with shorts underneath and a hoody with t shirt underneath. Athletes should have water with them and should not eat a heavy meal before practice!
Practices will be held Monday Wednesday and Friday. Most competitions fall on a Saturday.
Provincial championships are usually the full weekend.
Full information regarding meets and seasons will be posted soon.
